Talking to Heather, she also suggested to make my text bigger and move it down a little where the figure's hand will almost grab in to the letter "C", so it will give the illusion of jumping to reach success, achievement. Other than that ,it looks good. She likes especially the torso part, which looks twisted almost, showing movement.
Victor likes this poster, he said that it works: "It definitely looks like achieve". But I should consider adding one white, big character to the lower side of the poster, so that would connect the word "Achieve" with the content.
